About the Founder

Dr. Mo Varzideh has a strong background in multiple medical fields. After graduating in 2012, he gained hands-on experience in Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and Cardiology to handle critical conditions like trauma, cardiac emergencies, and childbirth.

In 2014, Dr. Mo joined the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland’s training programme, working in Internal Medicine specialities like Geriatrics, Gastroenterology, Haematology, and Nephrology. By 2017, he advanced to higher-level roles in Endocrinology, Stroke Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, and more.

Driven by his passion for learning, Dr. Mo added qualifications in Paediatrics, Dermatology, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology to his repertoire and stayed updated with the evolving needs of his patients. He earned his MD with a dissertation on depression in stroke patients and, after over eight years of training and practice, established ELLWOOD Medical Clinic in 2020. Located in Dublin, the clinic offers holistic care and addresses a variety of community medical needs.

Ellwood Medical Clinic offers integrated health and beauty care, combining conventional and complementary treatments. Dr. Mo has a special interest in managing migraines to address both acute and chronic conditions.

Dr. Denis Eustace

Dr. Denis Eustace is a Consultant Psychiatrist specializing in the psychiatry of later life, with a particular focus on neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease and related conditions. He holds membership in the Royal College of Psychiatrists, the College of Psychiatrists in Ireland, and the International Psychogeriatric Association.

Dr. Eustace served as Clinical Director at Highfield Hospital for many years, where he played a pivotal role in establishing Ireland’s first dementia-specific residential center, as well as a palliative care unit for individuals with high dependency needs. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in the management and care of people with Alzheimer’s disease, developing effective strategies to support patients and their families through the progression of the illness.

He is the author of No Time To Lose, a booklet designed to help patients and caregivers navigate the challenges of Alzheimer’s disease. Dr. Eustace has also contributed extensively to the literature on Alzheimer’s, focusing on providing practical advice and insights for both patients and their carers.

Before his tenure at Highfield Hospital, Dr. Eustace worked as a Senior Psychiatrist with Canadian health services, bringing a wealth of international experience to his practice.
